There's something about Yuwei

Went to Connections yesterday - finally, after moving to Levenshulme for more than 2 years. Connections is on the A6, right in front of a 192 bus stop. So I keep being reminded of doing ballroom dancing whenever I'm on the bus. And of course, there is a little bit "Strictly Come Dancing" effect here.

Yesterday had been a long day for both of us. So we were not very relaxed in the beginning. The dance was Paso Doble which involves a lot of steps and choreography. I aging brain and aching body did not take that on so well. But I think I wasn't doing too bad.

We were also not the only first-time couple there. There was another (very tall) couple from Chorlton.

Should practice more at home. Next week - Tango.
